The 90-mile Barrier
Forum Members,
I've been reading as many Badwater race reports online that I can access (and Lisa Bliss, MD also reports this in her 2004 run) and I've noticed a common thread in several of them: runners usually run into trouble around mile 90 or so...
Is this a common occurrence? Will those who have run share if they encountered problems around mile 90 and at any other stages in the race?
Thanks,
Connie

I can't imagine running for that long! That's an incredible distance. I'm feeling pretty good about being able to make it a full marathon distance, but I guess I could just keep running after that! The only troubles I ever come across when I'm running are my ankles getting sore. I always wear ankle support though, so it's never too much of an issue. I would love to hear about the complications that people come across around their 90th mile.
Actually nobody don't know what he can do. But somebody can show their creativity and get succcess.
