hello everyone and congrats to those that just finished their solo crossings!
my mom is attempting a solo crossing this july 15th. she'll be celebrating her 50th birthday somewhere out on the death valley highway. we'll be keeping a blog that tracks her progress as best we can. if anyone's interested it's already up and running at terryabrams.blogspot.com.
there's a little mock video preview i made there that shows a tiny bit of her training. its fun! ;)

I just went to your blog and the song "The Final Countdown" immediately loaded - I have that on my iPod and did that ever bring back memories of training for the BW Solo!!
I read about you and your quest and the reasons behind it, not to mention all the help you'll have from some wonderful people in your life.
Wish I could be there to root you on every step of the way. I'll be thinking of you...can't wait to hear all about your adventure with your loved ones.
