Some of you have asked me whether John and I will be in Death Valley over Memorial Day weekend this year. The answer is YES!
We're planning to arrive fairly early on Friday and leave Monday afternoon.
We have reservations at Stovepipe for Friday and Sunday nights, but nothing was open for Saturday, so I guess we'll be winging it.
For those who don't know, many of the Badwater Solo AND the Big Race runners and crew tend to train in Death Valley over the long holiday weekend. We're not planning any group runs, or anything in particular at all, but there will be lots of runners in the area.
We hope to meet many of you while we're out there!
